2022 finds us at a crossroads in the Norwegian ramen landscape. Over the past five years a number of new shops have sprouted up trying to fight for your hard earned ramen Kroner. Some have gone the way of focusing on local produce, others tempt you with hip facades, and others still work hard to make their own homemade noodles.
