"True Neopolitan pizza in a garden in Patpong" Never one to shy away from pizza night, I had no idea what was lurking in a dark garden near Patpong. Entering and finding a table, glancing over at the huge truck with a full-size woodfire oven built inside I could feel the butterflies fluttering. Could Bangkok have a truly great Neopolitan pizza? Yes, it can. Over the course of three months, I visited on a few occasions and managed to get a good overview of their pizzas. Being a bluff old traditionalist the first go-to is always a Margherita, and if they do that well I can venture into new territories. Overall every pizza had exceptional quality ingredients and was generally great. The only miss that I found was their mushroom and ham pizza which ate quite sweet. Apart from that, if you're in Bangkok for an extended period and missing pizza, miss it no more! These recommendations are just personal opinions based on my palate, things change, chefs get fired or replaced, places open-close, relocate, so take it all with a pinch of MSG and discover your own gems too. But please do try a few of these, they have been researched exhaustively.
