Ippudo has never been a favourite of mine, but once in a while when you have been wandering around aimlessly for hours and hours, you might be inclined to pop in for some Ramen.
The noodles are the thinner kind, which is not my fave. The meat is decent, the egg is fine, the broth fits squarely in the middle of the pack.
It's perhaps a good place to go for Ramen virgins or people who haven't pushed their tastes to the extremes yet.
